Sodalis Capital is a joint venture between Colin Thompson — former CEO and founder of Kentro Capital — Alliant Insurance Services Inc., the 5th largest insurance intermediary globally, and B.P. Marsh & Partners Plc, the specialist investor in early-stage financial services businesses.
Our purpose is to build a global insurance intermediary platform via a targeted acquisition strategy focused on businesses with the potential for strong, sustained organic growth. Across each business we ensure we share in value creation through equity distribution.
The Group currently comprises Sodalis Capital, Amiga Specialty and Brecon Specialty, with 50 full-time colleagues based across the UK, US, Middle East and Hong Kong.
